TORY LANEZ ASKS FANS TO STOP THE NARRATIVE THAT HE REFERENCED MEGAN THEE STALLION ON MUCKY JAMES
Megan Thee Stallion established herself as one of the best Hip-Hop artists in the world right now. She won four Grammys at last year’s Grammy Awards ceremony and it seems the rapper is just getting started. Tory Lanez also defended himself recently.
The case between rapper Megan Thee Stallion and Tory Lanez is far from over. As previously reported, Tory Lanez had earlier pleaded not guilty to the charges meted out against him, which include assault with a semiautomatic firearm and carrying a loaded and unregistered firearm. This is because he allegedly shot Stallion in the foot.
Megan Thee Stallion also called out DJ Akademiks over a false Tory Lanez reports and it led to a lot of backlash as well. In the end, Stallion’s partner Pardison Fontaine also called out Tory Lanez for a fight in real life.
Recently, Tory Lanez dropped ‘Mucky James,’ where he named several people on the track including Kehlani and Meek Mill. Listeners also believed that Lanez was referencing his legal dispute with Megan Thee Stallion in a few bars and got backlash for the same.
Tory Lanez took to Twitter and decided to speak up for himself, as he denied making a reference to Megan Thee Stallion in his song. Despite this, there is still a lot of debate about the track and that is unlikely to change anytime soon.
I am not talking about my court case on the song #MuckyJames …. I see all these blogs trying to connect the two … and honestly I have more sense than that . I would not play with the court order or the judge like that … please stop that narrative .
