A frustrated wife often complained about her husband spending all his free time at the pub. One evening, he decided to take her along to show her what it was like.
A Taste of Pub Life
“What would you like to drink?” he asked her.
“I’m not sure,” she replied. “I’ll have whatever you’re having.”
So, the husband ordered a drink, downed it in one gulp, and watched as his wife did the same.
A Surprising Reaction
She took a sip, immediately spat it out, and exclaimed, “Yuck, that’s awful! How can you drink this stuff?”
Her husband laughed and said, “See? And you think I’m out here having fun every night!”
