If you watch “The Carol Burnett Show,” you’ll see that it always makes people laugh and smile. In this clip, Tim Conway’s great performance made his co-stars laugh so hard they couldn’t stop.
In one scene, Mickey Hart, played by Conway, told a funny story about an elephant that lived in a zoo while the other characters played “Go Fish.” It made Vicki Lawrence, Dick Van Dyke, and Carol Burnett laugh so hard they couldn’t stop.
When Conway said that the elephant and its master were dating, the story took a turn that no one saw coming.
He even made a joke about how they would both be buried together after he died. The other performers couldn’t hold back their tears, so they were shaking and hiding their faces as they tried to calm down.
Just think about how much everyone in the cast and studio crowd laughed. These kinds of events remind us of how popular “The Carol Burnett Show” really is.
